The price on Rank Math’s checkout page is not the price you will pay next year. Every paid plan — Pro, Business, Agency — carries an introductory discount that quietly disappears at renewal, and the jump is bigger than most buyers expect. Below is the real cost of each Rank Math plan, straight from rankmath.com’s own terms, plus what changes once client sites, AI content and white-label branding enter the picture.

What Rank Math Free Actually Gives You

Free is genuinely usable: schema markup, Google Search Console integration, 404 monitoring, redirects and XML sitemaps all work out of the box, with 18 schema presets and 5 focus keywords per post. The catch is licensing, not features — once you pay, the Pro plan is built for sites you personally own, not client work.

This is the part most comparisons skip. Rank Math’s own terms confirm every paid tier renews higher than the price shown at signup, and each tier is capped at a fixed number of client sites:

Pro’s license explicitly excludes client work — Rank Math states it will block sites found running Pro on client installs. Rank Math AI Is Billed Separately

A common point of confusion: Rank Math AI, the company’s AI writing and AI Visibility suite (formerly Content AI), is not included in Pro, Business or Agency. It is a separate subscription starting at €4.99/mo, and in 2026 the old credit system was replaced by a set number of monthly uses per AI feature. Either way, the effective cost of "AI-assisted SEO" on Rank Math is higher than the SEO plugin price alone suggests.

The White Label Gap Nobody Mentions

Here is the detail that changes the comparison: Rank Math does not offer a full white-label plugin. Its own FAQ says so directly — no rebranded dashboard, no hidden Rank Math branding in the admin. What Business and Agency actually include is white-labelled email reports — your logo on the PDF you send a client, nothing more. The plugin itself still says "Rank Math" everywhere your client can see it.
