The SEO title, meta description and focus keyword are saved into the post; images are uploaded to the media library. Without the plugin the draft is still created through the WordPress REST API — only the SEO fields are skipped.
Privacy: the analysis runs inside the document editor. Nothing is sent anywhere unless you press “Send to WordPress”, and then only to the site URL you entered. Credentials stay in your account / on your computer.

Yes. The add-ons run the same checks with the same thresholds and weights as the editor metabox of the SEO Fury plugin, so a document that scores 85 in Docs scores 85 in WordPress.
